This endorsed event is open to FIRST LEGO League teams registered with FIRST and will follow all rules for this year’s Into Orbit challenge. Teams will have three robot runs, go through judging (Project, Core Values and Robot Design) and there will be an awards ceremony at the end. Members of the local news media may attend the event. In 2018-19, FIRST teams in British Columbia have access to a variety of grant opportunities. Some grants could help with paying registration fees, others are for equipment such as EV3 kits, WeDos or laptops.
