The new FIRST Season has already started. Come to the Season Launch to find out more about this year’s challenges, learn about robot programming, come up with ideas for the FIRST LEGO League research project, and find out how to form a team or if there’s a team in your area.
The Canadian Pacific Regional FIRST Robotics Competition was held in Victoria at the Save-In Foods Memorial Arena on March 7-9, 2019.

From March 7th to 9th, 2019, 30+ robotics teams, along with their robots, built and programmed by high school students, will compete at the Victoria Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.
All FIRST events are open to the public and free. Best public viewing will be Friday and Saturday afternoon (closes at 5pm).
Aimed at providing learning and development opportunities for kids in technology, this competition will showcase the robots in an epic battle that combines sport, science, and teamwork.(more…)

FIRST Robotics Competition BC Kickoff
Kickoff marks the beginning of the design and build season. Details of the FIRST POWER UP game will be revealed. Teams have the opportunity to meet to compare notes, get ideas, make friends, find mentoring teams, learn the game, pick up the Kickoff Kit from the Kit of Parts, and get geared up for the exciting competition season.
