FLL Challenge held its first “remote” event in BC this season, a small scrimmage. Nine teams participated. It was a learning experience for all of us, especially since we were using the new Remote Event Hub which still has a few bugs! But it left us all energized and ready for more events.
Opening was on Thursday, Jan. 28, online team sessions as well as a closing session were on Saturday, Jan. 30.
There was a high score of 325 in the robot game, achieved by the “Cooperative Cats”. Teams also had a (shortened) judging session as well as a discussion with the referees.
