On Sunday, Dec 4, the first ever FTC Scrimmage was held in British
Columbia. Six of the B.C. teams were at the event and had a lot of fun.
Not all robots showed up finished, or programmed. But by the end of the
Scrimmage, every team had a working robot and was competing in matches.
Most teams at the Scrimmage ran an autonomous program, many of them
kicking the Cap Ball off. Two of the rookie teams had shooters.
Thanks to FTC 3491 FIX IT for mentoring other FTC teams, and to Science
Venture and the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Victoria for
hosting the event.
