This is a “hybrid” FIRST LEGO League Challenge championship – we have 31 teams on site and two more who will compete remotely. Those two will have their judging sessions online during the week before the championship; and they will take video of their robot runs and upload them for the referees, also during the week before the championship. We will (hopefully) livestream the opening and closing ceremonies and the robot runs so that everyone can watch.
The Explore Festival is a separate event – but of course all Challenge teams and spectators are encouraged to visit the Explore teams at their pits, and all Explore teams and spectators are encouraged to visit the Challenge teams!
FIRST events are free and open to the public.
