FIRST Tech Challenge BC / Yukon Championship

FIRST events are free and open to the public. Best time for viewing matches is between 1:30 and 4:30 on Saturday, and all day Sunday.

The British Columbia and Yukon FIRST Tech Challenge Championship Tournament will be held at St. Margaret’s School in Victoria on Saturday and Sunday February 22,23 2025. FIRST Tech Challenge championship tournaments include judging sessions, robot inspections, qualification matches, playoff matches, and awards.

Saturday Schedule

• Start time:  9am (Teams arrive)
• Judging and Robot Inspection: 9:30am
• Lunch: 12 noon to 1pm
• Opening Ceremony, followed by matches: 1pm
• End of Day:   4:30 pm
• Team Social: 5pm

Sunday Schedule

• Start time:  8:30am (Teams arrive)
• Opening followed Qualification Matches: 9am
• Lunch: 12 noon to 1pm
• Qualifications Matches: 1pm
• Alliance Selection and Playoff Matches: 3-4:30pm
• Closing ceremony and Awards: 4:30
• Event End: 5pm
