The mission of FIRST is to encourage young people to become science and technology leaders and innovators. We know how hard it is to go to school and still find time to volunteer with FIRST. FTC BC will be awarding up to five $500 honouriums to FIRST Alumni Volunteers to help with their school expenses.
Are you:
- a FIRST Alumni (participated in a FIRST high school program)?
- Currently enrolled in a University, College or Trades program?
- A FTC Volunteer (team mentor or events) in the 2019/20 season?
If you’ve answered yes to these questions, then please complete the FIRST Alumni Honourarium application form by February 1, 2020.
A committee will review the applications and the recipients will be announced at the FTC Championships on February 22, 2020.
